For example, if you are a Gold member and incur a net loss of BDT 5,000 in a week, you will receive BDT 500 cashback at a 10% rate. A Diamond member with the same loss would receive BDT 1,000.
What does a Personal Account Manager do?

Can your VIP level go down?
